Booking Policies

Arrival and Departure

• Arrival time: 15:00 - 22:00
• Departure time: 08:00 - 11:00

The reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit of the advance payment of at least 30% of the total amount, in the bank account of the accommodation.

The payment of the remaining amount is made upon arrival at the accommodation in cash and no refund is provided in case of departure before the agreed date.
After communication, the deposit will be made through a bank account.
Billing and payment of accommodation and services is done in euros (€).

Cancellation or prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the room policy before choosing a room.

General Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside visitors are not allowed in the rooms.
• In case of excessive noise pollution or improper behavior of the customer, he is expelled from the accommodation.

Please keep a copy of the reservation and bank deposit receipt of the deposit upon arrival.
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the reservation policy, payment methods and cancellation of the accommodation.
